Petition to Congress: Stop Taxing Social Security Benefits

The Senior Citizens League will collect online and print petitions and use its collective voice to urge Members of Congress to pass legislation like the You Earned It, You Keep It Act.

I (and/or my spouse) Petition Congress to support legislation that would:

Eliminate all federal taxes on Social Security benefits.
Be paid for by raising the cap on the Social Security payroll tax so that higher-earning Americans continue to contribute to Social Security.
Allow the Social Security Administration to continue making all payments on time and in full through 2054 – 20 years longer than the current projection.

As one of the many TSCL supporters residing in your constituency, I strongly urge you to support legislation like The You Earned It, You Keep It Act. The Senior Citizens League (TSCL) acts on behalf of millions of Americans struggling to protect their earned retirement benefits.

It's time to remove politics from the benefits that Americans earned and paid for.
